- Explain services: Provide clear, basic information regarding visa processes, documentation requirements, and consultancy packages.
- Appointment scheduling: Book direct consultations or meetings for clients with senior visa counsellors.
- Team coordination: Pass qualified leads to the sales and counselling departments and update them on client discussions.
