Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive

We are hiring an Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to research potential business clients, build accurate prospect databases, identify relevant decision-makers, and execute targeted cold email campaigns that generate qualified business opportunities.

This role is suited to candidates who have practical experience in prospect research, business email discovery, data enrichment, and cold email outreach, and who understand that successful lead generation depends on both accurate data and effective campaign execution.

Job Responsibilities

- Research and extract targeted business data from Google Maps, company websites, business directories, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources
- Find business email addresses using company names, domains, websites, business phone numbers, and available prospect information
- Identify relevant decision-makers, including founders, business owners, CEOs, directors, and marketing heads
- Use prospecting, email discovery, verification, and AI-powered data-enrichment tools to improve research efficiency
- Verify email addresses and maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date prospect databases
- Segment prospect lists by industry, location, company size, business type, and other relevant targeting criteria
- Prepare and execute targeted cold email campaigns and bulk outreach activities
- Set up automated email sequences, follow-up schedules, and campaign workflows
- Use AI tools to support prospect research, email personalization, data enrichment, and campaign preparation
- Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, reply rates, positive responses, and sender reputation
- Analyze campaign performance and improve targeting, data quality, and outreach effectiveness




- Track qualified leads and business opportunities generated through email outreach
- Maintain unsubscribe lists, suppression lists, and exclusion records to support responsible outreach practices

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cold email outreach, email lead generation, prospect research, business data extraction, data enrichment, or email marketing is preferred.
