### Job Title Physiotherapist – Male/Female ### Employment Type Full-Time ### Qualifications - Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT). - Valid registration with the relevant State Physiotherapy Council, as applicable. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Experience in neuro, orthopedic, or pediatric rehabilitation will be an added advantage. ### Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans. 2. Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and electrotherapy. 3. Deliver rehabilitation services for neurological, orthopedic, and pediatric conditions according to qualifications and clinical competence. 4. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes. 5. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports. 6. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, mobility, and home exercise programs. 7.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. 8. Follow infection control procedures, patient safety standards, and clinic protocols. 9. Maintain treatment equipment and ensure a clean, safe clinical workplace. 10. Contribute to patient satisfaction, rehabilitation outcomes, and departmental development. ### Required Skills - Good clinical assessment and treatment skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Patient-centred approach and professional ethics. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Willingness to learn advanced rehabilitation techniques. ### Working Conditions - Working hours: As per the centre's duty schedule. - Weekly off: Rotational basis. - Reporting to: Clinical Head / Centre Manager.
