Job Description: Parent Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

Universal Asmita High School, Mira Road, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Parent Relationship Manager to build solid relationships with parents, ensure parent satisfaction, and support the overall student experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address parent queries and maintain positive relationships with the school community.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parent queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Address parent grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with teachers, coordinators, and school management to resolve parent-related issues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with parents to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Communicate school policies, academic updates, events, and important announcements to parents.
- Assist with parent orientation sessions, meetings, events, and other school activities.




- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Support student retention by ensuring a positive parent experience.
- Coordinate with the admissions team whenever required to support parent enquiries and the admission process.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications in communication or management will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in parent relations, customer relationship management, client servicing, or school administration is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Location: Universal Asmita High School, Mira Road, Mumbai

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
