Job Summary
We are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive to handle commercial property requirements, meet clients, understand business needs, coordinate with brands and property owners, and drive property onboarding and successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients and understand their commercial property requirements.
- Coordinate with brands, businesses, buyers, sellers, and property owners.
- Identify suitable commercial properties based on client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with business clients and property partners.
- Arrange property visits and coordinate meetings with interested parties.
- Source commercial properties and assist with property onboarding.
- Follow up with clients and owners to move transactions forward.
- Coordinate negotiations and support successful deal closures.
- Maintain client records and provide regular updates to the team.
Requirements
- Any degree is acceptable.
- 0.6–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Ability to build relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
