About the Role
We are looking for a agile and experienced Resort Operations & Sales Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and drive bookings and revenue. You will be the key person responsible for guest experience, staff management, and sales growth at our resort.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Bookings

- Handle room, event, wedding, and group bookings via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins. Respond quickly to enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners
- Understand and implement effective room pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Track enquiries, follow up with leads, and meet monthly sales targets

Operations

- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and security
- Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance and performance
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service quality across the property
- Manage inventory, purchases, and vendor coordination
- Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate events and special arrangements

Reporting & Control





- Maintain booking records, payments, and billing
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and expenses
- Control costs and help improve profitability
- Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, TripAdvisor)

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream (hotel management or hospitality preferred)
- 4-7 years of experience in a resort or hotel in a manager, sales, or front office role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer skills: MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business; knowledge of PMS/booking software is a plus
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, obtaining quotations and price negotiation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
