About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting real estate projects, and closing property deals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial real estate properties.
- Connect with prospective buyers and investors to understand their property requirements.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close property transactions.
- Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, site visits, and sales performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging real estate opportunities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Proven experience in real estate sales,



property consulting, or real estate business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close high-value property deals.
- Good understanding of real estate market trends and property investment opportunities.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000, depending on experience and suitability.
