Job Summary

Vynedam Group of Industries is looking for skilled and technically proficient UAV / Drone Technical Engineers to support technical validation, equipment testing, troubleshooting, configuration control, and delivery readiness of UAV/drone systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with UAV/drone technology, electronics or mechanical troubleshooting, technical inspections, and engineering documentation.

The role involves ensuring that UAV/drone systems meet technical requirements, maintaining accurate configuration records, supporting testing activities, and coordinating with field engineers during deployment and delivery.

This is a remote position. However, candidates must be willing to visit client offices, testing locations, or project sites whenever required for meetings, technical inspections, testing, or project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and validate UAV/drone product configurations against approved technical specifications.
- Support technical testing, equipment inspections, and troubleshooting of UAV/drone systems.
- Identify and resolve basic electronics, mechanical,



and configuration-related technical issues.
- Maintain accurate serial-number records, configuration details, and equipment documentation.
- Assist in preparing technical evidence, inspection reports, and testing documentation.
- Support equipment delivery, technical verification, inspection, and acceptance activities.
- Record technical issues, observations, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with technical project leads and field engineers for issue resolution.
- Provide technical support to field engineering teams during deployment and delivery.
- Follow applicable safety procedures during equipment handling, testing, and inspections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of relevant technical engineering experience, preferably involving UAV/drone systems.
- B.Tech, B.E., or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Valuable understanding of UAV/drone fundamentals, components, and system configurations.
- Hands-on experience in electronics or mechanical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of technical testing, inspections, and equipment validation.
- Experience maintaining technical documentation, configuration records, and inspection reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Understanding of safety procedures for UAV/drone equipment.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to client offices and project sites when required.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must be currently serving a notice period.
- Must be available to join within 15–30 days.
- Must have 2–5 years of relevant technical engineering experience.
- Hands-on UAV/drone experience is strongly preferred.
- Must be comfortable working remotely.
- Must be willing to visit client offices, testing facilities, or project sites whenever required.

Work Location & Travel Requirements

- Work Mode: Remote
- Client Visits: Mandatory whenever required for technical discussions, meetings, inspections, or project activities.
- Site Visits: May be required for equipment testing, verification, delivery, and deployment support.
- Travel: Based on organizational and project requirements.

Salary & Compensation

Annual CTC: ₹6,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per candidate.

Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, technical expertise, and interview performance.
