Growth Manager (Outreach)

As our Growth Manager, you will drive student and parent acquisition through on-the-ground and digital outreach. You’ll plan and host webinars, run career guidance and awareness sessions in schools and PU colleges, and build lasting relationships with principals, counsellors, and teachers to secure regular access and referrals. You’ll own the outreach calendar end to end, from lead sourcing and institution onboarding to session delivery, follow-ups, and conversion, while tracking metrics such as registrations, attendance rates, leads generated, and cost per enrolment. Working closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams, you’ll refine session formats and messaging based on what resonates,



and you may coordinate a small team of facilitators or campus ambassadors. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in outreach, community marketing, or education-sector growth, is a confident public speaker and facilitator, is comfortable with CRM and webinar tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, HubSpot), and brings a self-driven, relationship-first approach with a solid focus on measurable results. Willingness to travel locally for sessions is expected.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
