We are looking for an experienced E-Procurement & Tender Executive with solid knowledge of the GeM Portal, Central Government e-Procurement Portals, and State Government Tender Portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle online tender searches, bid submissions, and documentation.
- Manage GeM portal activities, including bids, reverse auctions, and order processing.
- Monitor central and state government e-procurement portals.
- Prepare tender documents, technical bids, and compliance certificates.
- Track tender deadlines and coordinate with clients and departments.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in GeM and government e-tendering portals is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and tender documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred, with relevant portal-handling experience.
