- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at a reputed hotel or luxury resort
- Strong expertise in North Indian cuisine, with a keen eye for taste, quality, and presentation
- Thorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen efficiency
- Proven team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate kitchen staff
- A team player with a genuine passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
