Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls from US-based customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Assist customers with their queries related to the assigned process.
- Maintain professional communication and high-quality customer service.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
