Job Role

We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to coordinate commercial property requirements and connect businesses with suitable spaces. The role involves meeting clients, working with property owners and brands, identifying suitable properties, onboarding new properties, and coordinating transactions through successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients and understand their commercial property requirements.
- Coordinate with brands, businesses, buyers, sellers, and property owners.
- Identify suitable shops, office spaces, and other commercial properties based on client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property partners.




- Arrange property visits and coordinate meetings between interested parties.
- Source commercial properties and assist with onboarding.
- Follow up with clients and owners regarding property requirements and ongoing deals.
- Coordinate price discussions and negotiations between buyers, sellers, and property owners.
- Work towards successful property onboarding and deal closures.
- Maintain client records and provide regular updates to the team.

Requirements

- Any degree is acceptable.
- Experience in real estate, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple client requirements.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
