- Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the system.
- Handle order data entry for gold and diamond jewellery.
- Verify order details, product specifications, quantities, and other relevant information before entering them into the system.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, CAD, and inventory teams regarding order status and requirements.
- Ensure timely processing and updating of orders in the software.
- Maintain proper records of orders, modifications, and cancellations.
- Check order details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Track order status and follow up with the concerned departments.
- Prepare and maintain daily order reports and data records.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of order-related information.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in order data entry, preferably in the gold and diamond jewellery industry.
- Experience with Gati Software is preferred/required, depending on company requirements.
- Good computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of jewellery order processing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
