Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors in treatment procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and record patients' vital signs and medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Provide nursing care and support to patients.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
Requirements
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong patient-care orientation and teamwork skills.
