Job Summary

MyScaai Bharat Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Surveyor to ensure that construction activities meet the required quality standards, approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements. The candidate will be responsible for site inspections, quality monitoring, identification of defects, and coordination with project execution teams to maintain high construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of construction work.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable quality standards.
- Inspect civil, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and vendors regarding quality-related issues.
- Monitor concrete work, reinforcement placement, formwork, and other critical construction activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.




- Track rectification work and verify that identified defects are resolved.
- Maintain quality records and support project handover inspections.
- Recommend improvements to reduce construction defects, rework, and material wastage.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction quality inspection or quality control.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience in residential building or villa construction is preferred.
- Ability to prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites as required.

- Timely identification and closure of quality issues.
- Accuracy of inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Compliance with project specifications and quality procedures.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
