- Generate leads for Annual Maintenance Contracts, Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts, preventive maintenance and breakdown services.
- Identify potential customers across industries, offices, data centres, hospitals, educational institutions, commercial establishments and manufacturing units.
- Develop new business through cold calling, references, customer visits, networking, digital platforms and market research.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing UPS, battery, stabilizer and networking product customers.
- Understand customer requirements related to UPS capacity, battery backup, preventive maintenance, breakdown support and replacement requirements.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits and service requirement assessments.
- Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for site surveys, inspections and solution recommendations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, AMC proposals, service agreements, scope of work and commercial offers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert service enquiries into confirmed orders.




- Negotiate commercial terms while protecting company margins and service commitments.
- Track AMC renewals, pending proposals, service contracts, customer complaints and payment status.
- Ensure timely renewal of existing contracts and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Coordinate with the operations and service teams for smooth execution of customer commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, customer visits, orders, renewals and sales performance in CRM or Excel.
- Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual targets for service sales, AMC renewals and current customer acquisition.
- Participate in exhibitions, product demonstrations, industry meetings and promotional activities when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
