- Supervise daily manufacturing activities related to modular kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, furniture, and other interior components.
- Ensure production work is completed according to approved drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Allocate daily tasks to carpenters, fabricators, machine operators, and other factory workers.
- Inspect finished products to ensure proper dimensions, finishing, alignment, and workmanship.
- Identify defects and arrange necessary corrections before dispatch.
