About the role
As Team Leader – Collections in Delhi, you will lead collectors on write-off field and hybrid portfolios, drive targets, coach agents, own MIS, and enforce RBI fair practice.

Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years in collections & recovery
- At least 6 months as TL / supervisor
- DRA: Required
- Willing to work from Delhi — full time
Openings — total 3 — CTC ₹30–40k
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹456,000.00 per month
