# Key Responsibilities
* Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time positions.
* Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
* Negotiate compensation rates and employment terms with candidates.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies.
* Manage candidate records and recruitment activities through ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or similar tools.
* Collaborate with account managers, clients,



and vendors to fulfill staffing requirements.
* Post job openings on multiple platforms and social media channels.
* Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular recruitment reports.
* Maintain robust candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle..

Timings:- 6PM to 3AM

Location:- On-site(vadodara)

Pay: ₹20,742.02 - ₹55,514.71 per month
