About the Role

Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Teachers to help young adults develop English communication, digital literacy, employability skills, and professional mindsets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classes as per the FEA curriculum.
- Teach English, digital literacy, employability, and life skills.
- Mentor and motivate students to improve their confidence and career readiness.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and student progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and required records.
- Participate in FEA training, meetings, and organizational activities.

Requirements

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer/digital literacy.




- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with young people.
- Willingness to work full-time at the assigned FEA centre.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

- Starting Salary: ₹14,500/month
- Salary hike from the 2nd year, subject to applicable criteria.
