Fisch Group is a fast-growing, premium outsourced accounting firm serving U.S.-based companies with $5M–$100M in annual sales. We're a team of 10–50, we use AI throughout our work, and we're growing quickly. We're hiring a full-time Bookkeeper who wants to get in early, learn from the best, and grow with us for the long term.

What you'll do

- Own day-to-day bookkeeping for U.S. clients: transaction coding, bank and credit card reconciliations, and month-end close
- Reconcile sales and payouts across multiple channels, such as e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, wholesale, and retail, back to the books
- Track inventory activity and book cost of goods sold accurately each month
- Prepare accurate monthly financials and help with reporting
- Work directly with client teams and answer their questions clearly and on time
- Use AI tools and up-to-date accounting software to work faster and catch errors

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping, ideally for U.S. clients
- Required: experience reconciling multiple sales channels

working experience with inventory and cost of goods sold
- Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable owning your work
- Able to overlap several hours with U.S. Eastern business hours
- Someone who wants to stay and grow long term

Nice to have (we can train): QuickBooks and Cin7

Pay: $1,800–$2,200 USD per month, full-time, remote
