Job Description – Restaurant Captain

Department: Food & Beverage (F&B;)
Location: Hotel Grand Gulmohar, Bilaspur

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations and manage service staff.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Monitor table setup, mise-en-place, grooming, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely and accurate food service.
- Handle guest complaints and requests professionally.
- Ensure accurate order taking, billing, and proper handling of hotel property.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow hotel SOPs.

Qualifications: 12th pass or above; Hotel Management qualification preferred. Relevant hotel or restaurant experience, good communication skills, leadership qualities, and professional grooming are preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
