Travel: Across multiple clinic locationsWe are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Aesthetic Physician / Senior Aesthetic Doctor / Clinical Operations Head to lead clinical excellence, team training, and operational standardisation across a growing network of aesthetic clinics.This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who combines hands-on expertise in aesthetic technologies with strong leadership, clinical protocol development, and multi-clinic management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead clinical operations and standardise treatment protocols across multiple clinics.Develop and implement clinical SOPs, patient assessment procedures, consent protocols, and aftercare guidelines.Train and assess clinic teams on aesthetic equipment, treatment procedures, and patient safety.Conduct clinical audits and maintain high standards of hygiene, documentation, and quality control.Support current clinic launches and build scalable training systems for expansion across 20+ clinics.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, professional qualifications, and authorised scopes of practice.





_ Technical Expertise Practical knowledge of the following technologies is essential:• HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound)• Cryolipolysis / Cryo Slimming• Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)• Q-Switch Laser• HydraFacial• MNRF (Microneedling Radiofrequency)• Skin Analysers and other aesthetic/body-contouring equipment_

Ideal CandidateMBBS/BDS with valid registration and qualifications appropriate to the role.5–7 years of relevant experience in aesthetic medicine, aesthetic clinics, or medical wellness.Strong understanding of treatment protocols, contraindications, patient safety, and complication management.Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and team-training skills.Ability to manage multiple clinic locations and support business expansion
