We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented MIS Executive / Data Analyst who can transform large datasets into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, maintaining MIS reports, analysing business performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement across our e-commerce brands, 9shines Label and Highgarden.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond routine reporting, takes ownership of data accuracy, automates repetitive tasks, and continuously explores cutting-edge ways to improve reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and continuously improve interactive dashboards and MIS reports.
- Collect, clean, consolidate, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
- Track and analyse sales, inventory, SKU performance, returns, profitability, and advertising performance across e-commerce channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular business performance reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve reporting efficiency.
- Develop customised dashboards and data visualisations based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify business opportunities, operational gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Experiment with new analytical techniques, dashboard formats, and reporting solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related role.




- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar dashboard and visualisation tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage, process, and analyse large datasets efficiently.
- Good understanding of data validation, reporting accuracy, and KPI tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with Python, statistical analysis, or data science techniques.
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics, sales analysis, inventory management, and digital advertising performance.
- Experience in report automation and integrating data from multiple sources.
