Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer and joining processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, MBA in HR-Preferred.
