About the Role

Shiv Shakti Gases is looking for a confident and responsible Telecalling & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to communicate with existing and potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp, generate new business leads, and maintain regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Generate new leads through calling and WhatsApp communication.
- Contact hospitals, healthcare institutions, contractors, dealers, and other potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and collect relevant information.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Share company information, products, and services with prospective customers through WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the sales/tender team regarding qualified leads.
- Regularly follow up on pending enquiries and quotations.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.




- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills

- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Good telephone conversation skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer operations.
- Confident and polite while communicating with customers.
- Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to maintain customer and lead records.
- Freshers can also apply.

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduate

Experience

0–2 years in telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generation.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Working Hours

Full-Time – As per company working schedule.

Salary

₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month

Salary will depend on qualification and experience.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided for successful lead generation.
