Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise finishing works, including plastering, flooring, painting, and waterproofing.
- Manage installation of doors, windows, and other finishing items.
- Read and execute work as per construction drawings and BOQ.
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of finishing works.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Identify and rectify snags and finishing defects.
- Monitor material usage and maintain work progress records.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of finishing works and construction drawings.
- Understanding of BOQ, material estimation, and quality control.
- Good site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage finishing activities independently.
