Gallery Vision is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive with mandatory experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international travel operations, tour package planning, and booking coordination.

We are looking for a professional who can manage travel arrangements efficiently and communicate confidently with clients in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international travel bookings and tour package arrangements.
- Manage flight reservations, hotel bookings, transfers, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel suppliers, and customers.
- Prepare customized travel packages based on client requirements.
- Manage booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations,



and customer queries.
- Ensure smooth coordination throughout the travel planning and booking process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Mandatory: Previous work experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
- Knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.
- Experience with flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
