Alora Radiance is looking for a proactive and organised Internship & Team Coordinator to manage interns, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure timely completion of work across different departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assign daily tasks and follow up on deadlines.
- Monitor intern attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain task trackers and daily progress reports.
- Assist with intern recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Report work progress and pending tasks to management.

Requirements

- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate teams.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
