About the Role

BodyWorx is looking for a proactive, responsible, and customer-focused Client Relationship & CRM Manager to manage client communication, follow-ups, onboarding, feedback, renewals, and long-term client relationships.

We need someone who takes ownership, thinks independently, solves problems proactively, and ensures that every client receives a smooth and skilled experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day client communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up consistently with clients, prospects, and existing customers to ensure timely responses and conversions where applicable.
- Handle client onboarding, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, client databases, follow-up schedules, and interaction records.
- Track renewals, pending payments, client feedback, and retention opportunities.
- Handle client concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and improve client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled on time.
- Prepare regular reports on follow-ups, client status, renewals, and relationship management.
- Take independent ownership of responsibilities without requiring constant supervision.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-handling, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools, client databases, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently.
- A proactive mindset with strong accountability and ownership.
- Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Relevant experience in client relationship management, customer success, sales coordination, or CRM is an advantage.
