About the Company

What The Flex (WTF) is a D2C streetwear fashion brand focused on contemporary apparel and online retail. We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to independently manage end-to-end accounting, financial operations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting operations, including sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Handle GST, TDS, E-Way Bills, E-Invoicing, tax returns, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
- Manage e-commerce financial reconciliations, including marketplace settlements, payment gateways, COD, refunds, returns, and RTO transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and expense analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors,



and internal teams for finance-related activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and timely monthly account closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in core accounting and finance.
- Mandatory: Robust working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, E-Way Bills, and E-Invoicing.
- Good command of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reconciliation formulas.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end accounting and financial processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, fashion, or retail companies will be preferred. Practical knowledge of online sales reconciliation, payment settlements, and returns management is an advantage.
