Purpose of the role:

The purpose of the role is to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipelines to ensure proper water distribution, drainage, and sanitation in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. This includes following plumbing codes and safety standards. The role demands consistent adherence to high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures





- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and faults

- Follow blueprints and building codes for installations

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines

- Use plumbing tools and equipment effectively

- Coordinate with other tradespersons for projects

- Maintain accurate records of plumbing work

- Respond to emergency plumbing calls promptly

- Provide recommendations for plumbing upgrades or replacements

- Stay updated on plumbing codes and practices

- Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures
