What You’ll Do:

- Handle incoming customer communications via Call, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Address user queries, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex cases.
- Guide customers on platform features and user navigation.
- Perform outbound follow-up calls to engage potential clients.

What We’re Looking For:

- Any Graduate with 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
