Staff Nurse

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to support patient care and day-to-day nursing operations at our Ayurvedic Hospital. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients, assisting doctors during treatments, administering prescribed medications, and maintaining proper nursing records while ensuring patient safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids as per the doctor's instructions and within the scope of practice.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Provide nursing care to OPD and IPD patients as required.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after Ayurvedic therapies and promptly report any adverse reactions.
- Maintain patient records, medication charts, nursing notes, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure proper hygiene,



infection control, and sterilisation of nursing equipment. Assist with patient admission, discharge, and routine bedside care.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other hospital staff for smooth patient care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow hospital protocols.

Eligibility Criteria: Qualification:

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registration: Valid registration with the respective State Nursing Council.
- Experience: Relevant hospital experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of nursing procedures, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and infection control.
- Willingness to work in a hospital environment and rotational shifts, as per hospital requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
