Job Title _ Remote Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies on Indeed and other job portals.
- Source and screen suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and collect their details.
- Review CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and feedback.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Submit daily recruitment reports to the management.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR activities.
- Experience using Indeed or other job portals is an advantage.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
