Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students regarding UG and PG courses.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fees, and documentation requirements.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds and career goals and suggest suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested students and guide them through the admission process.
- Convert prospective student inquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Assist students with application forms and required documentation.
- Address student queries professionally and provide accurate information about courses and programs.




- Coordinate with the admissions and backend teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
- Maintain skilled communication and provide a positive student experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
