Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Work Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, generating leads, arranging property site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and meet clients to understand their property requirements.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Explain property projects, pricing, offers, and available options to customers.
- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Assist the sales team in converting leads into property bookings.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
- Collect customer information and update lead details regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Submit daily field visit and customer follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Sales Managers for smooth execution of sales activities.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
