Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue. You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage inventory and supplier relationships, track financial performance, and maintain a high standard of customer service. The ultimate goal is to drive operational efficiency, maximize profitability, and ensure an exceptional dining experience that keeps guests returning.

Core Responsibilities

- Daily Operations & Guest Service: Manage daily shifts, monitor front-of-house workflow, and maintain restaurant ambiance (lighting, music, and cleanliness). Proactively greet guests, manage table reservations, and swiftly resolve customer complaints with excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff. Create fair weekly shift schedules, administer payroll data, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Financial & Budget Management: Meet or exceed sales goals while managing labor costs, food costs, and waste reduction. Review financial records,



manage operational budgets, handle vendor invoices, and prepare regular profitability reports for upper management.
- Inventory & Procurement: Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies. Negotiate prices and contracts with vendors, order supplies as needed, and audit product quality.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure absolute adherence to local health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Train staff on proper food handling protocols and monitor alcohol service to comply with local liquor laws.
- Marketing & Menu Strategy: Partner with the Head Chef to plan menus, review pricing, and organize promotional activities, discount schemes, or catering events to attract recent business.

Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in food and beverage service, with a minimum of 2 years in a dedicated managerial or supervisory role.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
