Background: Nedspice is looking for a suitable candidate for its NFPP operations to work with the farmers for their different operations across Rajasthan, Kadapa and Kerala.

Role: The work would involve overall management of different operations like planning, budgeting, procurement, training of farmers etc.

Experience required: Minimum 0-2 years.

Education: Agriculture graduate preferred

Objective & result areas:

Crop development / Backward Integration:

Identification and selection of suitable geographies for raw material purchases through backward integration program for turmeric, cumin and other spices and plan for the growth of the business.

Development of procurement plan from farmers/ vendors and logistics with other relevant management.

Introduce or innovate to implement good agriculture practices for quality production in the spice farms.

Development of sustainable farm management program.

Implementation of sustainability standards across all NFPP crops.

Deployment and training of man power on cultivation, quality control, shipments and traceability.

Estimation of crop size regularly to give continuous feedback on market fluctuations to the business head.





Yearly budgeting and planning the demand and supply forecasting. Procurement and

Logistics Management:

Procurement of the above-mentioned spices at the Farm Gate.

Logistics management, Warehouse management and operation.

Coordinating with Export/ Quality team for raw material supply and managing the operations.

Ensuring timely connectivity of the raw material to the Factory.

Recruitment and training of the team for different operations.

Skills & competencies: Well-versed in certifications and audits. Knowledge on SAP and MIS

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
