Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing to generate new business through face-to-face meetings, local business networking, and direct engagement with business owners and decision-makers.

The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business goals, presenting suitable digital marketing solutions, building professional relationships, managing follow-ups, and converting qualified opportunities into paying clients.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development, with the ability to explain how these services can address different business needs.

Experience

Freshers can apply.

Candidates applying as experienced professionals must have at least 6 months of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience.

Relevant experience must include selling at least one of the following services:

- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Social Media Management
- Website Design & Development

Internship experience will not count toward the required 6 months of professional experience.

- Confidence in participating in face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
- A willingness to learn the sales process, conduct follow-ups, and work toward defined sales goals.

Experienced Candidates

Candidates with 6 months or more of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience can apply if they have:

- Professional sales experience in at least one of the five digital marketing service areas listed above.
- Solid working knowledge of all five service areas: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development.
- A clear understanding of how digital marketing services are positioned and sold across different business categories.
- The ability to independently manage the complete sales process, from prospect qualification and requirement discovery to negotiation and closure.
- Proven ability to work toward and achieve defined sales targets.
- A strong understanding of pricing discussions, proposals, objection handling, and sales-closing strategies.
- The ability to take ownership of leads, client relationships, conversions, and overall sales performance.
- The ability to demonstrate previous sales performance using measurable figures, such as targets achieved, conversion rates, deals closed, or revenue generated.
