Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Hair and Skin Care Clinic. The candidate will assist doctors during consultations and hair and skin procedures, ensure proper patient care, maintain hygiene and sterilization standards, and support the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Care
- Welcome patients and assist them during consultations and treatments.
- Record vital signs and update patient medical records as required.
- Explain treatment procedures and provide basic pre- and post-treatment care instructions under the doctor's guidance.
- Hair and Skin Procedure Assistance
- Assist doctors during hair and skin treatments and procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment before procedures.
- Assist with procedures such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, microneedling, and other clinic-approved treatments, as per training, authorization, and applicable regulations.
- Infection Control and Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms.
- Sterilize instruments and ensure proper biomedical waste disposal.
- Follow infection prevention protocols and clinic safety standards.
- Equipment and Inventory Management
- Check and maintain treatment equipment and nursing supplies.
- Monitor stock levels of medicines, consumables, and clinical materials.
- Inform the concerned person when supplies need replenishment.




- Patient Records and Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and proper handling of medical information.
- Update treatment checklists and nursing records.
- Post-Treatment Care
- Monitor patients after procedures and report any adverse reactions to the doctor.
- Provide post-treatment care instructions as directed by the doctor.
- Escalate emergencies or complications promptly.
- Clinic Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, receptionists, and other clinic staff.
- Ensure treatment rooms are ready for scheduled appointments.
- Support smooth daily clinical operations.

Qualifications and Skills

- GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or an equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration, as applicable.
- Experience in a dermatology, cosmetology, hair transplant, or hair and skin clinic is preferred.
- Knowledge of infection control, sterilization, and patient care protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn clinic-specific procedures and protocols.
