Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our courses.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds and guide them toward suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Help students complete application forms and submit the required documents.
- Address student queries politely and provide accurate information.
- Maintain student details, call records, and follow-up updates in the system.
- Coordinate with the admissions and backend teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Work toward assigned calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive experience to students.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
