Job Summary

Airaavata Hospitals is looking for an experienced HR Manager – Hospitality with strong expertise in HR operations and hospitality management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Manage employee relations and grievance resolution
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisal processes
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation
- Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labour regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee records
- Support manpower planning and workforce management
- Maintain workplace discipline and professional service standards
- Coordinate closely with hospital administration and department heads




- Support management in building a positive and performance-driven work culture

Required Skills

- Strong experience in HR operations
- Strong hospitality management exposure
- Excellent recruitment and employee management skills
- Good knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment

Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience with a solid background in hospitality operations.

Candidates with experience managing hospitality standards within a healthcare environment will be preferred.
