We are looking for a driven and results-oriented lead generation Professsional to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing relationships to ensure high customer retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the SaaS business model, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, research, and connect with potential clients via cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking

Discovery & Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points, business needs, and budget to qualify them as potential buyer.

Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored software presentations and product demos to showcase value, address objections, and align features with client needs.

Negotiation & Closing: Structure pricing models, negotiate commercial agreements, and successfully close deals to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.





Account Management & Retention: Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and manage account renewals and upsells.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and deal stages in the company CRM.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on SaaS based products, technology

Sales Acumen: Robust understanding of the sales cycle, subscription models, and value-based selling.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling manner.

What We Offer

Base Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission structure.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
