Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the company's accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and Import & Export finance activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Import & Export accounting, Tally, MS Excel, banking transactions, and financial reporting, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Handle complete GST and TDS compliance, including preparation and timely filing of returns.
- Manage Import & Export accounting and documentation, including purchase/sales invoices, shipping bills, bills of entry, and related records.
- Handle accounting of import duties, customs charges, freight, and other landed costs.
- Manage foreign currency transactions, forex accounting, and exchange rate adjustments.
- Coordinate with banks for LCs, bank guarantees, foreign remittances, export proceeds, and other banking transactions.
- Monitor vendor and customer outstanding, payment schedules, and credit limits.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, cash-flow statements, and other management reports.
- Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of bank, vendor, customer, GST, TDS,



and other statutory ledgers.
- Coordinate with CHA, customs agents, banks, auditors, and other external agencies for Import & Export-related activities.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits and provide required documents and information.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation as per company policies and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, and Import & Export regulations.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and implement effective controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- CA Inter / MBA in Finance.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Practical experience in Import & Export accounting and finance operations.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
- Good understanding of Import & Export documentation and transactions.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally/ERP.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, MIS, reconciliation, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation, forex transactions, LC, customs duties, and landed cost accounting.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
