Job Description
MergeForce Technology and Business Solutions LLP is looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented candidates for the position of Telecaller. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing basic information about company services, following up on inquiries, and maintaining customer interaction records.
This is a full-time remote opportunity for candidates who are comfortable communicating over the phone and working in a target-oriented environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer questions and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
- Identify customer requirements and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.
- Follow up with potential customers to support business development activities.
- Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Willingness to learn and work towards assigned targets.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment for remote work.
