In this role, you will ensure projects move smoothly from briefing to delivery by coordinating communication, managing timelines, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships through regular communication.
- Understand client goals, marketing objectives, and project requirements.
- Prepare project briefs and coordinate with creative, content, design, digital marketing, and development teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate campaign launches and monitor project progress.
- Manage client feedback and ensure revisions are communicated accurately.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and campaign performance summaries.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and support account growth.
