Job Responsibilities
1. Site supervision: Directing daily construction activities and overseeing workforce and contractor productivity.
2. Technical setting out: Translating blueprints and engineering drawings into precise physical layouts and measurements on-site.
3. Quality assurance: Inspecting building materials and completed segments to confirm they meet structural and regulatory standards.
4. Safety compliance: Enforcing strict health and safety procedures to reduce on-site hazards and accidents.
5. Material management:
Tracking inventory, ordering supplies, and preventing the wastage of raw materials.
6. Progress reporting: Documenting daily logs and updating project stakeholders on work milestones or delays.
Requirements
1. Btech Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in construction site execution.
3. Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Should hail from Trivandrum
6. Communication: Collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including laborers, vendors, and clients.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
