Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing for a Japanese-based automotive manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sales operations, customer relationship management, marketing strategy, market analysis, and business development in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales operations and customer service activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor Indian automobile market trends and developments in the global automotive industry.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies based on market trends and business requirements.
- Identify new customers and generate business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and business agreements with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and contribute to business development planning.
- Support customer acquisition, repeat business, and long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 6–7 years of relevant Sales & Marketing experience.
- Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of sales operations, marketing strategy, and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Salary & Joining
- Annual CTC: ₹7–9 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 30 days are preferred.
